Women’s singles
Ajla Tomljanovic has re-entered the WTA top 100 after a strong week in s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
The 33-year-old defeated three opponents within the top 60 to progress to her first WTA semifinal since Rabat in May 2025. As a result, she climbed 13 places to world No.96.
A positive start to the grasscourt swing for Taylah Preston has seen her move to a career-high ranking.
After reaching the quarterfinals at the Birmingham WTA 125 tournament last week, Preston improved to world No.124 this week and will hope to go higher after a winning start in Nottingham.
Meanwhile, Maddison Inglis returned to the top 150 after successfully qualifying at Queen’s Club for a second-straight year.

Men’s singles
Dane Sweeny’s Ilkley Challenger campaign saw him break ground in reaching a career-high ranking of world No.126. The 25-year-old defeated three British players en route to his eighth Challenger semifinal.
Rinky Hijikata and James Duckworth were also among the ranking risers after their first-round victories in Stuttgart.
Meanwhile, Alex de Minaur continues to knock on the door of the ATP top five; he trails fifth-ranked Ben Shelton by just 10 points following his finals appearance in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Men’s doubles
A quarterfinal run for John-Patrick Smith in Stuttgart ensured a rankings spike to world No.58, putting him within reach of joining Marc Polmans inside the top 50.
Jesse Delaney and Calum Puttergill asserted themselves inside the Australian top 10. Puttergill was the biggest riser of the players within that group following a strong start to the month, reaching the Tyler Challenger semifinals, followed by the ITF M25 Wichita quarterfinals.

Women’s doubles
For the second straight week, Alexandra Osborne elevated to a career-high ranking after advancing to the semifinals of the WTA 125 tournament in Ilkley. Following a campaign which included defeating second seeds Emily Appleton and Elena Pridankina, Osborne rose two places to world No.141.
Talia Gibson also enjoyed a ranking rise this week, moving up to world No.112; she's now risen 16 places in the past two weeks after her WTA 125 triumph in Birmingham with Janice Tjen a week earlier.
