Men’s doubles
It was a week of milestones for Marc Polmans, who following his maiden ATP doubles title in Geneva reached a career-high ranking.
Having cracked the top 40, Polmans will be Australia’s highest-ranked men’s doubles player competing at Roland Garros. He will pair up with his winning doubles partner from Geneva, Monaco’s Romain Arneodo.
He is also one of seven Australians inside the top 100, ahead of John-Patrick Smith, Rinky Hijikata, John Peers, Jason Kubler, Matt Ebden and Matthew Romios.
