Queensland Money Race

The Queensland Money Race is a prestigious series of Open tournaments held throughout the year, designed to offer high-level competitive opportunities for Queensland’s best tennis talent. Players accumulate points through their performance in these tournaments across the state, competing for a spot in the exclusive Queensland Money Race Finals.

2026 Queensland Money Race Finals

The Finals, held from 7–10 January 2026, will showcase the pinnacle of competition, offering an enhanced player experience and a significant increase in prize money. With an impressive total prize pool of $30,000, including $6,000 each for the Men’s and Women’s Singles champions, the stakes have never been higher.

Tournament Format

  • Main Draw: The Top 6 players from the Queensland Money Race leaderboard earn direct entry.
  • Qualifying Draw: The next 8 ranked players will compete for the final two Maindraw positions.

Player Experience

Main draw matches will be held at the prestigious Queensland Tennis Centre during the Brisbane International, providing an exceptional experience that includes player accreditation, access to exclusive player areas, and all the amenities typically reserved for professional tournament athletes.

Travel Subsidies

To promote statewide participation, all finalists (both qualifying and main draw players) traveling from outside South East Queensland will receive a $300 travel subsidy, ensuring representation from across Queensland

HOW DO YOU PARTICIPATE?

In order to participate in the Queensland Money Race Finals, players must be among the Top 6 in their respective categories based on their accumulated prize money (Tier 1 – 3 Singles Prizemoney only) by the cut-off date 1 December 2025. The next 8 players per their respective category will be selected to compete in an off-site qualifying event on the 5-6 January 2026, with 2 successful players progressing to the Maindraw.

All Maindraw players will be provided an incredible Brisbane International experience, including player accreditation, access to the player areas, and all the benefits typically reserved for tournament athletes.
