    • Women Leaders in Tennis Program 
      • Women are under-represented in Community Leadership with just 24% of club presidents being women in Queensland 
      • Launched at the AO 2022, the Women Leaders in Tennis program aims to develop leadership skills and support Tennis in increasing participation of women and girls in community leadership roles.  
      • Program delivery will commence in June 2022 and will be fully subsidised for one participant from an affiliated club/ association.  
      • Target Audience: 18+ years

    • Emerging Leaders Program 
      • Regional Assembly led initiative for 2022- Metro, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, South and Central
      • Gain experience in coaching and event delivery
      • Develop leadership skills

      • Target Audience: 14+ years open to all genders
      • TBC- Leadership module will be delivered to female participants at the end of the program.

      • Regional Women and Girls Coach Support Initiative
      • Program focus: rural, regional and remote communities of Queensland. The program will identify qualified tennis coaches in Queensland to visit remote communities to deliver tennis-coaching (drills, improving skills, confidence and match play) for young girls and support volunteers in building capacity to deliver coaching programs in the remote communities.

      • Performance and Master Club Pro courses​

  • PROGRAMS & INIATIATIVES
    • Match Ups Program 
      • With only 31% of girls playing competition in Queensland (17/U) and 37% nationally (as at 30 June 2022) there is a need to get more young girls playing competitively. 
      • Queensland and South Australia to pilot the new Match Ups program for girls aged 8 to 13 years to provide an opportunity to start playing tennis matches in a fun team environment with their friends.  
      • Brookfield Tennis Centre and Beenleigh Tennis Centre have commenced running the pilots in Queensland. These deliverers will provide feedback on the program before it is rolled out nationally. The pilot will run for 5 weeks commencing end of Feb 2022 and will be completed by the end of Term 1.
