Inviting South Australian women aged 14–18 years to join an eight-week youth program designed to create the leaders of tomorrow.


About the program

Learn2Lead is an eight-week program that focuses on helping young women aged 14–18 years build leadership skills and confidence to lead change in their local tennis communities. 

The Learn2Lead experience offers:

  • a mix of face-to-face and online learning
  • support from program facilitators
  • an online platform with resources 
  • a community of young people keen to make a change, just like you.

 


Who should join?

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • are aged between 14 to 18 years

  • identify as a young woman

  • are currently involved in your local tennis affiliated venue/club

  • have a nomination from your club president, coach, supervisor or committee member who will act as mentor and support you on your leadership journey.


2026 key dates

Workshops on weeks 1, 2 and 9 are delivered in person at The Drive in North Adelaide.

There will be an online session to introduce participants to the L2L team on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 between 5–5:45pm.

Fees

Valued at $2000, this program is fully subsidised by the Australian Sports Commission federal government grant, so participants will not incur any cost. Travel subsidies are also available for those who live in regional areas.
