5 April 2023 | Tennis SA

The Tennis SA Gala Dinner is set to recognise the achievements of our players, coaches, clubs, schools, volunteers and officials who go above and beyond to ensure that tennis continues to thrive in our state.

Hosted by 22-time Grand Slam doubles champion Todd Woodbridge, alongside Shane Leathem, the Tennis SA Gala Dinner will be held under the roof on Centre Court at The Drive on Saturday 29 April.

This one-off, very special event will signify the official opening of The Drive and will incorporate the Tennis SA Awards celebrating the achievements of our South Australian tennis community over the past 12 months.

Premier of South Australia, The Honourable Peter Malinauskas MP, will be on hand to officially open the venue following the completion of the stage two redevelopment that has seen the construction of the new Northern and Eastern Facilities.

“We have received a huge number of very high-quality nominations for the Tennis SA Awards,” Tennis SA CEO Debbie Sterrey said.

“These nominations are truly a testament to the fantastic work happening around our state and we are very pleased to announce our finalists today.

“We thank everyone who submitted nominations and we are very much looking forward to the Tennis SA Gala Dinner later this month.

“We encourage our tennis community to purchase their tickets to attend this very special, once-in-a-lifetime event. It will truly be a night to remember.”
