With sadness, the Tennis family is mourning the loss of Dr Helen Amos on Wednesday 29 June 2022, following illness.
Helen was South Australia's top-ranked pennant player in the 1960s before joining the world circuit.
Helen reached the quarterfinals in Australia in 1966 and made a third round appearance at Wimbledon in 1969.
After playing team tennis and coaching in Germany, Helen settled in the country before attending University to become a Doctor and later, an Anaesthetist.
