Kendall Tennis Club is currently undergoing a Places to Play development on their existing site, a well deserved upgrade for one of the most hardworking Clubs in NSW.

Kendall is a small town of 1200 people in North East NSW but currently services a tennis membership of over 300 players on their three synthetic grass courts.

The Club offers ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Community Play and a host of other programming and competition offerings. Kendall Tennis Club is home to the Tennis Australia Volunteer of the Year, Wendy Hudson, and were one of two 2014 national AO Tennis Blitz winners.

After extensive, long term fundraising efforts and leveraged partnerships, the Club is now undertaking a facility upgrade to the value of $685,000.  The new development will entail three new Plexipave courts and a staged Clubhouse upgrade, to complement their existing three synthetic grass courts.

Funding partners in the project include Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, NSW Office for Sport and Recreation, Tennis Australia and local members.

Congratulations to the Kendall Tennis Club and their local community, we look forward to seeing the finished result!
