Future Leaders

APPLICATIONS FOR 2025 ARE NOW OPEN – APPLY HERE!

What is the Future Leaders Program?

Future Leaders is a Tennis NSW off-court development program designed to engage, empower and inspire our next generation of leaders in the tennis community. Aimed at Year 9 and 10 students, this initiative consists of an online learning course, online webinar and an in-person workshop. Participants will gain the vital skills and knowledge necessary to return to their tennis communities and implement a 15-hour volunteer project.

This program is a great off-court development opportunity supporting teens to strengthen connections with their local tennis community, get a taste of volunteering and responsibility, develop project management skills, as well as connecting teens with potential career pathways and assist clubs with succession planning.
