The Learn 2 Lead Youth Leadership program aims to equip young women and gender diverse young people aged 14-18 years with leadership skills and confidence to lead change in their local tennis communities.

The Youth Advisory Group allows the Tennis NSW Board & Management to receive direct input from youth on topics of importance in the most interactive and effective way possible.

Tennis NSW is proud to support The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, a global youth development program empowering young Australians aged 14-24 to explore their full potential regardless of their location or circumstance.

The Participation Coaching Course (Frm. Foundation Coaching Course) is tailored for individuals eager to start coaching Tennis or who are currently coaching under the supervision of a qualified Tennis coach. Now offered entirely online, this course allows participants to learn flexibly and at their own pace from any location.
