Applications for the 2025 Future Leaders program have officially opened! Future Leaders is a Tennis NSW off-court development program designed to engage, empower and inspire our next generation of leaders in the tennis community. Aimed at Year 9 and 10 students, this initiative consists of an online learning course, online webinar and an in-person workshop. Participants will gain the vital skills and knowledge necessary to return to their tennis communities and implement a 15-hour volunteer project.

This program is a great off-court development opportunity supporting teens to strengthen connections with their local tennis community, get a taste of volunteering and responsibility, develop project management skills, as well as connecting teens with potential career pathways and assist clubs with succession planning.

Who can Apply?

This program is for Year 9 and 10 students in NSW or ACT

• • There are Diversity and Inclusion Scholarships on offer which cover the $50 course fee.
  • To encourage participants from remote areas to apply, we are offering a maximum of 6 participants $250 Scholarships to help cover travel/accommodation. If you are based more than 3.5+ hours away from Sydney, you are eligible to apply for this subsidy. This subsidy is subject to availability.
