Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong Update
This afternoon the Office of Sport advised Tennis NSW that their position on vacation care sports programs / holiday camps has changed. Vacation care sports programs are now able to proceed (updated NSW government website). Please see below statement from NSW government:
The Public Health Order does not prevent gatherings for the purpose of caring for children, which means that vacation care sports programs for this purpose can proceed. All premises should operate strictly in accordance with COVID-19 Safety Plan requirements.
Given the current COVID-19 situation, NSW Health recommends that, where possible, parents keep their children at home during the holidays.
