Expressions of Interests are now open for the nomination to the Board of Directors.

The Board has identified a skills gap following recent resignations and is seeking to appoint a new Board Appointed Director.

Tennis NSW is headquartered at the State Tennis Centre at Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre with approximately 550 affiliated bodies located as far north as Tweeds, south as Bega and as far inland as Broken Hill.

The Tennis NSW Board consists of 7 Elected Directors and 3 Appointed Directors, all positions are voluntary.

Interested persons who wish to join the Board will need to address in writing how they meet one or more of the following selection criteria:
Experience in legal matters, governance and policy;

  • Experience with State & Local Government (reflecting the key role our Govt. partners play in our sport);
  • Experience in Marketing & Communications, or;
  • Experience in developing and implementing a broad communication strategy to key stakeholders.
  • Investment management experience is desirable;

Board experience on corporate, NFP or government agency Boards would be preferable.
