The Tennis NSW Youth Advisory Group (YAG) has been created to ensure Tennis NSW remains player welfare driven and game focused. It is designed to empower young people involved in tennis in NSW with the opportunity to help shape the youth tennis landscape and develop as leaders.

The YAG will discuss and provide feedback to Tennis NSW on issues of importance including player welfare, integrity, child protection and tournament and competition structure.

The YAG will be chaired by a Tennis NSW staff member, with each member given access to leadership training and industry mentoring. Members will be encouraged to lead, learn and be advocates for tennis within their communities.

Applications are open until June 2nd forĀ all 14-21 year olds involved in the tennis community. The YAG will be made of a minimum of four and maximum of eight representatives, with each member up for re-election each year.
