Secondary school sport trials

The Pizzey Cup is a prestigious national schools tennis championships open to students from year seven through to year 12.

Tennis New South Wales (NSW) supports the public, catholic and independent school sports associations in the delivery of the NSWCHS Championship (New South Wales Combined High Schools Sports Association). These events provide secondary school students the opportunity to represent NSW at the School Sport Australia Championships – the Pizzey Cup.

The Pizzey Cup is delivered by School Sport Australia, please visit their website here for information including dates, venues, draws and results.

Your chance to represent New South Wales in the Pizzey Cup starts at your local school, please speak to your school’s sports coordinator for information about your local tennis trial opportunity. The following school sport websites also provide you with local event and key contact information.

 

Public Schools – Combined High School Sports Association (CHS)

 

Catholic Schools – Catholic Schools NSW Sport (CSNSW)

 

Independent Schools – Combined Independent Schools (CIS)

 

Players that are successful at their local school and zone trial progress through to their Region/Association trials followed by the NSWCHSSA Championship (New South Wales Combined High Schools Sports Association) and finally the Pizzey Cup.
