Destanee Aiava is the only Australian left in the Honeycomb.Design Clare Valley Tennis International after she had an impressive 6-1 6-3 win over Japan’s Haruka Kaji. Aiava moves through to the Quarter Final where she will face Viktoria Kuzmova for a spot in the Semi-Finals.
Brazillian number one seed Beatriz Haddad-Maia was too strong for Sara Tomic, winning 6-2 6-2. Haddad-Maia will now take on American Catherine Harrison who has come through qualifying to make the Quarter Finals.
Tessah Andrianjafitrimo will play Sherazad Reix in an all French affair while Brit Katie Boulter will be up against Marketa Vondrousova.
