If your club or association has reached or is reaching a milestone anniversary (for example 50, 75 or 100 years), please fill out the online form and we will send out a certificate to congratulate the club or association on this wonderful achievement.

Recipients will receive:

• A Tennis SA Club Anniversary certificate
• Clubs that have milestone anniversaries that are 50 years and older will receive a complimentary invitation for two people to attend the Volunteer Recognition Cocktail Function, (TBC, January 2020)
• Clubs that are celebrating their 100 year milestone may also receive marketing support for their major commemorative event.
• Acknowledgement in the Tennis SA Annual Report and website.
