Making Diversity Happen
Tennis SA is fully committed to implementing our Diversity and Inclusion strategy that has four distinct pillars:
1: Governance – Constitutional changes to effect diversity on the TSA Board
2: Leadership – More diversity in nominations for TSA Board
3: Development – More diversity of people interested in admin positions
4: Participation – More diversity in our playing community
Stage 1 – Gender
The goal of Stage 1 is to achieve at least 40% female representation on the Tennis SA Board.
