Nominations are now open for the annual Tennis SA awards.

Held on Saturday 4 April at the InterContinental Adelaide Grand Ballroom, the Tennis SA Awards Dinner will celebrate and recognise players, coaches, clubs, communities, volunteers and officials for their service to the sport in South Australia.

Along with the presentation of State League and Metro League premiership winners and runners up, awards will be presented in the following 23 categories:

Most Outstanding 35+ Tennis Senior
Most Outstanding Competition – City/Hills
Most Outstanding Competition – Rural
Most Outstanding Tennis Club – City/Hills
Most Outstanding Tennis Club – Rural
Volunteer Achievement Award – City/Hills
Volunteer Achievement Award – Rural
Coaching Excellence – Talent Development
Coaching Excellence – Club
Most Outstanding School
Most Outstanding Inclusion Program
Most Outstanding Australian Ranking Tournament

Closed awards

Boyce Award (best and fairest female tennis player)
Burr Award (best and fairest male tennis player)
Gwen Thiele Memorial Trophy (best female 18-and-under tennis player)
Don Turnbull Memorial Trophy (best male 18-and-under tennis player)
State League Players of the Year
State League Fair Play Awards
Metro League Strike Rate Awards
Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability
Excellence in Officiating
Most Outstanding Council or Government Department
Most Outstanding Event

Tickets 

Tickets are now on sale for $100 per person or $950 for a table of ten, including a three course dinner and three hour drinks package. Bookings close on Tuesday 24 March.
