Day 4 at the City of Playford Tennis International saw the top seeds continue their winning ways, with Lorenzo Sonego (ITA) defeating [13] Oscar Otte (GER) 6-3 6-2 and Aliona Bolsova Zadoinov (ESP) overcoming Anastasia Grymalska (ITA) 6-2 7-5.

The match of the day, however, was the all-Australian battle between Kaylah McPhee (QLD) and Belinda Woolcock (Vic). McPhee eventually prevailed, taking the win 2-6 7-5 6-4.

Day 4 is singles quarterfinal day and will see Sonego open Centre Court against eighth seed Mats Moraing (GER). On the women’s side, McPhee will take on fourth seed Katie Swan (GBR) for a place in the semifinals, with play from 10.00 am.

South Australia’s Luke Saville (Cobdogla, SA) will close Centre Court for the day alongside Max Purcell (NSW), as they take on Andrew Harris (Vic) and Akira Santillan (Qld) in an all-Australian doubles quarterfinal.
