In the Statewide Super women’s competition, Pembroke showed their dominance in the competition winning in Round 6 against Kingswood. Pembroke held strong in all singles rubbers winning in straight sets which then followed through into the doubles winning six rubbers to love.

Glenlea started strong against Denman when number one Olivia Ley won her respective single in straight sets against Heidi Evans. This was soon reversed when Casey Jackson had her first win of the season at number two against Ebony Harper in straight set which was then followed by straight set wins from Jacqui Scott and Jill Scott. Denman then closed out the match winning both doubles in straight sets Walking away with a five rubbers to one win, putting Denman back into contention after a slow start to the season.

Seaside continue to win matches when lead by Natasha Russell who faced Melanie Clayton winning in three sets followed by Maggie Pearce and Tully Richter who turned it on winning their respective matches in straight sets.
