Congratulations to SA’s Natasha Russell who teamed up with Krystal Clarke (NSW) to win the 14/u Girls Australian Claycourt Doubles Championship title!
The No1 seeds Russell and Clarke defeated the No 2 seeded pair of Zara Brankovic and Caitlyn Portela, 6-0, 6-2.
Also special congratulations to SA’s Charlotte Kempenaers-Pocz (pictured) who was runner-up in both the 12/u Girls Australian Claycourt Singles and Doubles Championship finals.
A tough match for Kempenaers-Pocz (No 2 seed) against No 1 seed Anastasia Berezov (NSW), going down 6-4 6-1 in the singles.
Kempenaers-Pocz also teamed up with Catherine Aulia (NSW) as the No 2 seeds and made it to the doubles final. However, they were unable to overcome the No 1 seeded pair of Anastasia Berezov and Lauren Nikoloski, 6 -2, 6-2.
