Elite Tennis Academy based out of Mornington Tennis Centre is seeking a full time Performance Tennis Coach to join the team.
We operate out of a beautiful ITF Clay Court Facility, with 12 pro clay courts under lights, and are located in Mornington, a costal town on the Mornington Peninsula. Our team places high importance on having a passion for coaching and a desire to continue to improve our delivery of tennis both on and off the court. The on-court coaching hours will be a predominately be working within our Performance Program in delivering Squads and Private lessons. All of the off court admin such as booking in lessons is taken care of by our admin team, allowing the coach to focus on the on court delivery of the programs / lessons. The coach will also be required to work in additional programs such as Hot Shots, Adult Coaching & Holiday Clinics. The coach will be involved in the running of tournaments including ITF Junior Tour, State Championships and National Tournaments. The successful applicant must have:

Non TA registered coach will be considered however a minimum of 2 years experience tennis coaching, federal police clearance, WWCC & First Aid L2 are prerequisites. Successful applicants will be capable in coaching TA Hot Shots groups, private lessons, Cardio Tennis and Intermediate to Advance squad lessons. The position requires a Monday to Friday commitment with four morning and five afternoon coaching shifts (approximately 27-35 hours weekly) Salary is $40 – $50 per hour depending on experience.
