I am seeking a Professional and Experienced Head Coach.

The successful candidate must have the skills and experience to manage the club’s various coaching requirements. 3 afternoons per week 3.45-8.30pm Monday / Tuesday and Friday with potential to do other nights and additional morning coaching. RESPONSIBILITIES + QUALITIES

  • Mentor existing local developing tennis coaches.
  • Nurture the development of our junior club members and guide them along their tennis journey. This includes attendance at matches, tournament tour organisation, attendance and guidance.
  • Organise, market and deliver Hot Shots, Cardio and School Holiday programs.
  • Work with committee to explore new programs like Teen Tennis or All Abilities.
  • Increase participation in all programmes.
  • Manage the junior and senior club champion events.
  • Develop plan for Inverloch to have a tournament and be integrated in the Summer of Tennis Gippsland event.
  • Support the committee to organise the Christmas Party and Inveldon Doubles Tournament.
  • Work with the committee to build relationships and potential programs with local schools, kindergartens and other community groups to aid recruitment of members.
  • Engage with all tennis families, club members and coaching team.
  • Attend committee meetings to share quarterly reports and 6 month planning.

WHAT WE WILL OFFER
