Elite Tennis Academy based out of Mornington Tennis Centre is seeking a full time Performance Tennis Coach to join the team.

We operate out of a beautiful ITF Clay Court Facility, with 12 pro clay courts under lights, and are located in Mornington, a costal town on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our team places high importance on having a passion for coaching and a desire to continue to improve our delivery of tennis both on and off the court.

The on-court coaching hours will be a predominately be working within our Performance Program in delivering Squads and Private lessons. All of the off court admin such as booking in lessons is taken care of by our admin team, allowing the coach to focus on the on court delivery of the programs / lessons.

The coach will also be required to work in additional programs such as Hot Shots, Adult Coaching & Holiday Clinics. The coach will be involved in the running of tournaments including ITF Junior Tour, State Championships and National Tournaments.

Ace Fun Tennis School is looking for Senior and Assistant coaches to join our growing team in 2025. You will be responsible for delivering Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis classes. You will not need to perform any administrative tasks if you do not wish. Full uniform is supplied. License and own transport is advised.

This role, involves working within our local school environment, building relationships, and engaging more students to try the sport. Additionally, supporting players on their playing journey, making program recommendations, and progressions to facilitate the players ongoing development. Ultimately joining their local club, for social play, and/ or representing the Club, in Club Based Competition.

This position is only available to coaches with working rights in Australia, and available for a face to face interview.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

VTA operates out of 4 large venues in Melbourne and has nearly 3000 players participating each week in a range of coaching programs including Hot Shots, Cardio Tennis and competitions. VTA strives to deliver inspiring, inclusive tennis experiences and we are looking for an active, fun and enthusiastic team member to create a great all-inclusive environment.

Qualities
• Tennis Australia Junior Development Coach / international equivalent or higher is required (willingness and ability to acquire Tennis Australia’s Club Coach level within 12 months.)
• TA membership inc. Working with Children’s Check, Police Check and current 1st Aid are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing people and the game of Tennis.
• Prepared to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
