We’re looking for a fantastic Head Coach to manage our tennis program at our amazing tennis club at East Fremantle Lawn Tennis Club in Perth, WA.
Working closely with the Director you will be responsible for managing our team of staff to ensure the delivery of our high-quality coaching program to our club members and customers. You’ll be a people person, passionate about the game and someone who strives for excellence in everything that you do. You’ll lead from the front and set an example to your staff on what being a great coach is all about. You’ll be experienced at teaching the game (minimum TA Club Pro or international equivalent qualification), you’ll have exceptional organisation skills, you’ll be a good communicator and have great time management. Pure Tennis Ferny Hills is a popular Tennis Centre located on the northside of Brisbane & set in natural bushland and landscaped gardens. The centre has 2 Hard Courts and 3 Syn Grass Courts including 8 lined Pickleball Courts with 3 new Padel Courts ready to be constructed shortly on site as well. The Centre hosts a Cross Fit Gym & Secret Garden Cafe as well as a number of other small business that provide services that add to a positive customers experience at Pure Tennis Ferny Hills. Pure Tennis has coaching contracts at a number of local schools in the area & also manages 2 Syn Grass Courts at Wahminda Park which is used for court hire and overflow coaching.
Pure Tennis now has an opportunity for experienced Tennis Professional to join our coaching team. The ideal applicant will have a love of teaching; experience coaching young children, teenagers & adults of varying skill levels; & pride themselves on delivering programs that are the highlight of their students week. You will be skilled in a range of off court work including coordination and organisation of programs, staff and players. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and be a good role model & mentor for our junior coach trainees and demonstrate high standards and a great work ethic at all times. You will be a team player who can work autonomously and achieve outcomes in a professional and inclusive manner. Your role will include a combination of on and off court work Monday to Saturday including:

Full Time Position will commence Term 1, 2025 however could start on a casual contract prior to Term 1, 2025 if required. A Full Time remuneration package starting from $65,000 base + bonus scheme and super will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on the skills & experience you bring to the role.
