This is a full time position that will provide a work life balance and a long term future for the right person.

The position will also undertake centre and program administration duties.

 Senior Coach

Overview

We are looking for an experienced tennis coach to join our team.

Looking to start on the 11th June 2018

The job would be required from Monday – Saturday with flexibility to do Sundays as well.
10-15 Hours starting and looking to increase these hours.
Our Tennis school caters for children of all ages and abilities through to adults.

The role requires some versatility, coaching children’s groups, private coaching, Adult groups, Cardio Tennis, Social tennis, hot shots challenges, competitions and school holiday clinics etc. You would be required to work mornings and afternoons, so flexibility in hours will be needed.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

We are looking for a well presented, experienced and motivated Tennis Coach, with the passion for teaching and loves working with children of all abilities. Also a fun and go happy personality.

A high level of playing ability would be great, and being able to adapt with working with smaller groups to larger groups or individuals would be needed. You would also require being able to work in a team environment and also individually at times, so with this you would need to be independent, and extremely reliable.

You need excellent communication skills, being able to interact with the parents and the students from as young as 3 to adults.

Drivers Licence & your own transport would be great as we would have some schools to attend. The centre itself has transport close by however to get to and from there.

All your Childrens Checks, Police checks, First aid certificates are required before commencement of job.

Tasks and Activities

The role will incorporate a number of responsibilities that will include but are not limited to:
Organising & Operating

•Provide on court coaching according to the programs developed by Gosford Tennis Club.
•Management and responsible of all staff rosters, term scheduling and enrolments.
•Responsible for centre to be open and staffed core trading hours (as listed) TBA
•Provide feedback to the Committee regarding the tennis programs; player development and general enquiries
•To implement innovative coaching programs focusing on participation within the community at all levels
•Ensure the health and safety of all participants
•Ensure high standards of customer service and quality programs are maintained at all times.
•Ensure staff areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
•Assist in providing promotional support to Gosford TC, programs, tournaments and events as required
•Assist in providing support to other areas of the GTC including the Pro Shop and Customer Service desk as required
Interactions
•Liaise with parents regarding the behaviour and development of their children and respond to any queries
•Provide professional and friendly service to all customers entering the GTC
•Interact with all GTC staff to ensure effective customer service support is delivered
Controlling / Regulating
•Ensure that all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed and that necessary levels of First Aid equipment are available
•Advise Committee of any centre operating problems
•Advise Committee and record all customer complaints
•Advise Committee of any damaged equipment.

Assistant Coach

The facility is open daily from 7am until 10pm and offers services primarily in coaching, court hire, and both junior and senior competitions.

Overview: Seeking services of an experienced, qualified tennis coach to conduct coaching for all levels of tennis from beginning to advanced tournament level players. Tennis Coach

Love’n Deuce is looking for a great all round coach to join our team on the Lower North Shore of Sydney.

We are looking for a coach who is capable of working with kids and adults of all ages.
