The ITF Seniors World titles were completed in Florida, United States, over the weekend and a group of Australians featured among the winners.

Australia won the 55+ Austria Cup for the ninth time in the past 10 years, an incredible achievement.

The No.1 seeded Australian team of Glenn Busby, Mike Ford, Colin Holgate and Ronald Evans won through the group stage before defeating fifth seeds France and then third seeds United States in the play-off.

And the wins kept coming for Busby who won the 55+ Men’s World Singles title. Seeded No.1, Busby disposed of second-seeded American Daniel Waldman 6-1 6-2 in the final.

In other events, Ros Balodis and Leanne Swaysland won the 50+ Women’s Doubles for the second year in a row.
