The 2014 WA Tennis Industry Awards was held on Friday 3 October at the stunning State Reception Centre, Kings Park.

Over 230 people, including Tennis West staff, board members, sponsors, life members, club members and VIPs, including local legend of the game Alicia Molik, were treated to a fabulous evening of food, wine, award presentations and entertainment, commencing with champagne and canapes in the beautiful gardens of Kings Park.

Before the awards were presented, guests were given a trip down memory lane with videos featuring past tennis players and events, as well as a highlights package of 2013/14. Paul Kilderry, Tournament Director of the Hopman Cup, also introduced the players of the 2015 Hopman Cup, and spoke about the new initiatives being introduced into the tournament.

Channel 7’s Mark Gibson did a fabulous job as MC of the evening, keeping everyone entertained and engaged for the duration of the night. After the Awards were presented, Perth’s favourite party band, Proof, had all of the guests up and dancing to old classics and today’s favourite hits!
