Thank you for your patience as we’ve rolled out the My Tennis software. After 8 months of intensive development and updates to the initial version, we are happy to announce that My Tennis is ready for you to promote online membership and payment to your members as part of this year’s TennisConnect Rewards initiative.

For every member that creates an online tennis account and nominates your club as their primary place of play, your Club will be rewarded with $5.
 
The eligibility period for creating a tennis account is between 1 July 2015 to 31 May 2017, which gives your club ample time to earn rewards during the peak membership renewal period.

The easiest way to build a reward and free up volunteer time is by offering online registrations.

TennisConnect Rewards Tool
To assist in the communication of this campaign to your players, you can use the Rewards Tool in My Tennis. This tool gives each Club the flexibility to contact their members with a personalised message and instructions on how to create an online tennis account.  You can use the Rewards Tool to ask players who haven’t register with your club online to create an account.

The support website will be updated with a video as well as step by step instructions, copy guidelines and other collateral to use in your efforts.
