To ensure that your application is successful, please insure that you serve us your application online!

Here you will find some information that will help you apply online for a tennis role.

How do I know that my application has been received?

Once you have completed your online application, you will receive a confirmation email. The HR Team and the manager responsible for the advertised role will review your application as soon as possible.

Remember to check your emails regularly as this is our primary means of contact with you. Don’t forget to check your junk folder, as our emails can get lobbed into some unexpected places.

I need to update my personal details

Follow this link to update your personal details. Then follow these steps:

  • Select the “Home” button in the top left corner
  • Enter your existing user name and password
  • Select the “Edit your profile” option
  • Enter your new details in the relevant fields
  • Select “Save”

I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

Don’t worry, we have all been there. Follow this link to reset your password, then follow the prompts!

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes. You can apply for multiple roles by selecting each vacancy you are interested in followed by the “Apply to job” option. As each vacancy has different requirements and selection criteria, you will need to address each question in the application form. Unfortunately, we can’t consider incomplete applications.

Am I required to attach my resume for each role I apply for?

No. If you have attached your CV/resume for a vacancy and would like to update it for another vacancy, log into your profile and update the details.

How can I withdraw my application?

Select this link to withdraw your application. Then follow these steps:

  • Enter your existing user name and password
  • Select “Home” from the tabs at the top of the recruitment screen
  • Select “Job submission status”
  • Click on the withdraw button next to the role you would like to withdraw from

When can I expect to hear from you

Recruitment timeframes vary depending on the number of applications received during the application period. We will endeavour to keep you posted on the status of your application as frequently as possible or you may also log in to your profile at any time to check its status.

What happens once I’ve been shortlisted?

Our recruitment process is tailored to each individual job and typical elements may include:

  • An initial phone interview
  • Face-to-face interview, (or via Skype or phone)
  • Group interview sessions
  • Practical assessment activity: e.g. behavioural and psychological assessment
  • Validation of qualifications, certificates and reference checks

Your employment offer will be subject to the successful completion of a National Police Check and/or a Working with Children check (varies by state).
