How to apply for a role at Tennis? ​

How do I know my application has been received? ​

Once you have completed your online application, you will receive a confirmation email. The Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Manger will review your application as soon as possible. Remember to check your emails as this is our primary means of contact with you and don’t forget to check your junk folder, as our emails can get lobbed into some unexpected places.​

When can I expect to hear from you? ​

Recruitment timeframes vary depending on the number of applications received during the application period. We will endeavour to keep you posted on the status of your application as frequently as possible or you can log in to your profile at any time to check its status.​

What happens once I’ve been shortlisted?​

Our recruitment process is tailored to each individual job. Some typical elements which may be included are;​

  • An initial phone interview​
  • Face-to-face interview, (or via video or phone)​
  • Group interview sessions​
  • Practical assessment e.g. psychometric assessments, presentations, work sample​
  • Validation of qualifications, certificates and reference checks​
  • Assessment centre
  • Skills test

Your employment offer will be subject to the successful completion of a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (varies by state).​
