Revenue
The Revenue team brings together strong commercial acumen with creative solutions that make our major events bigger and better each year.
This team is made up of Business Development, Media Rights, Partnerships, Product and Client Services, Corporate Hospitality, Ticketing, Solutions, AO Experience and Digital.
Communications
The Communications team work to generate interest and positive sentiment for the game of tennis. This is achieved by promoting our programs and events via a wide range of mediums and engaging with government and key stakeholders on mutually beneficial projects.
The Communications team includes Public Relations, Player Liaison, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, Host Broadcast, Production and Innovation.
Player Development
The Player Development team is focussed on giving talented players every opportunity to develop to their full potential. Their programs provide coaching, physical conditioning, nutrition, wellbeing support and playing opportunities to nurture junior players to become our next champions!
The Player Development team is made up of the National Academy hub, Athlete Services, Tennis Inclusion, Talent, and Professional Tennis.
Operations
The Operations team is made up of a diverse group of specialist functions who work together to deliver world-class tennis events that attract top talent from around the world while providing guests, players and employees with a smashing experience.
This team includes Site Delivery, Major Events, Professional Tennis and Officiating, Event Operations, Player Relations, Melbourne Park Redevelopment, Sustainability and Integrity and Compliance.
Participation
The Participation team is responsible for motivating more people to pick up a racquet more often. This is achieved by partnering with our Member Associations to support their engagement with communities, coaches, clubs and schools to deliver the sport through a number of programs including, ANZ Tennis Hot Shots, Adult Social Play, Cardio Tennis, Coach Development and Education, and Inclusion.
Marketing & Insights
The Marketing & Insights team brings to life the playful experience of tennis. From the global AO campaigns to promoting grassroots participation, this team uses data, insights and the customer experience to capture the imagination of tennis fans.
The Marketing & Insights team includes Brand Management, Customer Experience, Publications, Insights, Creative Services and Digital.
Legal
Our Legal team works across the business to protect and enhance our strong reputation.
The team plays key roles in areas including responsible marketing, government affairs, internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, trademarks, contracting compliance and safety.
Finance
Our Finance team is responsible for budgeting, accounting and business planning. Developing and implementing the financial instruments for sustainable growth, the team builds strong foundations which will sustain our organisation long into the future.
Technology
The Technology team are the true enablers of our organisation. They support us in what we do today and problem solve for tomorrow as we strive to deliver a progressive, immersive and enhanced experience for our players, fans and employees.
The Technology team is made of three key areas, Technology Strategy, Technology Delivery and Technology Operations.
People & Culture
The People & Culture team is responsible for managing our talent and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. They help us drive results and grow our business by overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, development and talent management, ensuring that each of us has the tools we need to succeed.
Events
During summer we have a large number of fixed term, casual and volunteer roles which help us to deliver the AO, ATP Cup and AO Series Events.
We look for people to assist within a wide range of customer service roles delivering a world class event to our players, patrons and fans.
Member Associations
Tennis Australia works in partnership with the Member Associations in each state and territory across the country. We share the same vision to “create a playful world through tennis for everyone” and work together to grow our great game from schools and local clubs through to major tennis events.
