Commercial
The Commercial team looks after the Customer Experience, the Marketing and the Revenue generation (across Media Rights, Partnerships, Ticketing, Food & Beverage, and Retail) of tennis events and Tennis Participation in Australia, including the Australian Open.
Communications
Communications at Tennis incorporates the full spectrum of Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, Broadcast, Production, Live events and Government, Community and Stakeholder Relations. We are all about developing, enhancing and promoting the reputation of tennis in Australia, across all our channels.

Performance & Player Development
Tennis’ Player Development team supports our national teams and professional players, as well as developing our best young athletes into successful professional players.
Operations
Tennis' Operations Team combines to deliver some of the world’s most famous and loved events, including ‘the Happy Slam’ - the Australian Open.
Participation
Our Participation team has a simple goal: to get more people to play tennis, more often.
Tennis is nothing without our participants and through schools, tennis clubs, and across the community, we strive to make tennis the most loved sport in Australia.

Tennis’ Strategy team drives the development and implementation of our enterprise level and business unit strategies to ensure we are all working towards a clear and common goal.

Our Legal team works across the business to protect and enhance our strong reputation.
The team plays key roles in areas including responsible marketing, government affairs, internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, trademarks, contracting compliance and safety.
Business Services
Our Business Services team comprises Finance, Integrity, and Procurement.
We are the engine that supports Tennis keeping the numbers balanced and the integrity of our sport on track.
Technology
Tennis Technology is an integral part of our business enabling our customers and patrons to enjoy the sport and our events using digital channels and technology.
We do this through an exciting program of digital transformation, which will see Tennis and our world-famous events become more accessible than ever online.
Diversity & People
The Diversity & People team is responsible for managing our talent and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. They help us drive results and grow our business by overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, development and talent management, ensuring that each of us has the tools we need to succeed.
Events
During summer we have a large number of fixed term, casual and volunteer roles which help us to deliver the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis Events.
We look for people to assist within a wide range of customer service roles delivering a world class event to our players, patrons and fans.
Member Associations
Tennis Australia works in partnership with the Member Associations in each state and territory across the country. We share the same vision to “create a playful world through tennis for everyone” and work together to grow our great game from schools and local clubs through to major tennis events.
