 The Queensland Junior Teams Carnival was held in Brisbane from 15^th to 19^th of December.  Forty-four juniors from the North and Far North regions travelled to Brisbane to compete.  We would like to extend a huge thank you to Xstrata – the team’s major sponsor, for providing financial assistance towards team costs. 

 The teams’ event was played each morning, followed by the individual events each afternoon.  Overall the North Region finished in 6^th place, out of 8 teams.
