Rod Laver QLD Junior Championships reaches conclusion:

The 2012 Rod Laver QLD Junior Championships presented by Tennis & Gear Online rbought together 470 leading junior players from Australia and Asia Pacific. The 2012 event featured players from nine countries and included a touring party of 24 players from the Hong Kong Tennis Association.

The beautiful Queensland sun was shining all week ensuring a great week of tennis for all participants. Between the Rod Laver Lead In and Rod Laver QLD Junior Championships there were over 2200 matches played across Brisbane. All matches culminated in our finals day which was held on Saturday at the Queensland Tennis Centre. A great crowd was on hand to watch all finals with a number of matches almost reaching the three hour mark.

Queensland Tennis legends Trevor and Daphne Fancutt were on hand to present all trophies and prizes. Both were extremely impressed by the tennis on display and the competitiveness of all the athletes. A list of all of the main draw winners is listed below.
