Australians John Millman and James Duckworth will get in some more hard-court match play when they contest the ATP event in Winston-Salem.

The 250-level tournament, in North Carolina, is the final hit-out before next week’s US Open in New York.

Duckworth won two matches in qualifying to take his place in the main draw, where he will face Mikhail Youzhny.

The winner will take on 12th seed Andrey Kuznetsov, who was awarded a first-round bye.

Those players all sit in a quarter of the draw headed by No.5 seed Kevin Anderson.

Millman has drawn qualifier Yoshihito Nishioka and should he win that would next face eighth seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas.

The tournament’s top two seeds are Richard Gasquet and Roberto Bautista Agut.
