Jason Kubler has advanced to the final of the Player’s Choice Open Futures event in Birmingham, USA.

The Queenslander beat Canadian Milan Pokrajac 6-4 6-2 in their semifinal to seal a spot in the title match.

Kubler will face Japanese qualifier Yoshihito Nishioka in the final after he upset top seed Nicolas Devilder in the semis.
