The Australian Pro Tour has moved to Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, with sixteen Australians progressing so far to the second round of the Goldfields – St Ives International.
Local talents Brydan Klein and Jessica Moore (both WA) won their first round matches, along with No.3 seed Olivia Rogowska (Vic) and No.4 seed Colin Ebelthite from South Australia.
No.6 seed Matt Reid (NSW), Queenslanders Leon Frost and Michael Look, Alex Bolt (SA) and Brendan McKenzie (NSW) also won their first round matches.
In the women’s draw, Moore and Rogowska will be joined by Alison Bai (ACT), Ashling Sumner and Isabella Holland (both Qld) in the second round.
