Ajla Tomljanovic has reached her second WTA quarterfinal in her past four tournaments with a straight-sets win over Kirsten Flipkens in Rabat.

The Australian reeled off seven straight games from 3-0 down in the first set, eventually winning 6-3 6-2 in one hour and 17 minutes.

Since the Australian Open, Tomljanovic has won 13 of her past 20 matches, and is expected to improve her ranking around 10 places – she’s currently at No.96 – thanks to her latest result.

In the Rabat quarterfinals she’ll meet Croatia’s Jana Fett, who dismissed Polish lucky loser Magdalena Frech 6-2 6-4.

Tomljanovic and Fett have never before met.
