After road-tripping its way through Queensland of late, the AO Blitz will spread its wings and venture further with visits to the Northern Territory and Victoria this week.

The Blitz will stop off in Darwin from tomorrow, before heading to the remote Arnhem Land community of Gove on Saturday.

There will be concurrent AO Blitz events in the Queensland cities of Cairns and Mackay, while on Sunday, the Blitz makes its first appearance in Victoria in the regional town of Shepparton.

On Monday, the Blitz will enter the Red Centre for a day of promotional activities in Alice Springs.

At each event, fans can try out the exciting MLC Tennis Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis programs, as well as test out the speed of their serves and enjoy plenty of giveaways.

In Darwin, the Australian Open men’s and women’s singles trophies will be available for fans to hold and have their photo taken with them, and Northern Territory Minister for Sport Matt Conlan will be in attendance at the Nightcliff Primary School visit.

The AO trophies will also be travelling to Shepparton and to Cairns, the latter an event featuring a face painter, Wii Tennis and a visit from Australian tennis legend John Fitzgerald.

SpongeBob Squarepants will make a special appearance at the Alice Springs Blitz event.
