The 2026 Regional Talent Series has officially wrapped up, culminating in a fantastic two-day camp at the State Tennis Centre, where 16 of Western Australia’s top regional junior players came together for an unforgettable development experience.
Following a successful series of events held across regional WA, winners from each regional stop earned the opportunity to attend the final camp, reinforcing Tennis West’s commitment to nurturing young talent through engaging competitive environments and clear progression pathways.
The camp provided a unique opportunity for young players to train at a high-performance facility, benefit from enhanced coaching, and connect with the broader WA tennis community.
Across the two days, players were immersed in a range of high-quality development activities designed to challenge, inspire and build confidence both on and off the court.
Players took part in a variety of exciting sessions, including:
- On-court drills and match play
- A special Q&A session with Talia Gibson
- BlazePod reaction training and an S&C session
- Team building games and activities
The camp not only focused on technical and physical development, but also gave players the chance to build friendships and connect with fellow emerging athletes from across the State.
