Tennis West is proud to announce the official election of Pam Cresswell and Mark Scatena to its Board of Directors, confirmed at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2025 at the State Tennis Centre- Burswood.
The nomination period for the Tennis West Board opened on Friday 22 August and closed on Monday 8 September 2025. During this time, all Tennis West affiliates were invited to nominate candidates, with information shared via email and social media to ensure transparency and accessibility. While several enquiries were received, two individuals—Pam Cresswell and Mark Scatena—submitted completed nominations.
These nominations were reviewed by the majority independent Nominations Committee, which confirmed that both candidates met the eligibility criteria and were suitable for election. In accordance with Clause 12.3(f) of the Tennis West Constitution, when the number of nominations is equal to or fewer than the number of vacant Elected Director positions, and the candidates are deemed suitable, no election is required.
As such, Pam Cresswell and Mark Scatena were formally elected to the Tennis West Board at the AGM on 28 October 2025.
