Last Friday, Tennis West hosted Summer League club representatives, league players and partners to launch the 2025-26 Summer League season. 

The perfect weather and stunning backdrop of Optus Stadium and the floodlit tennis courts set the scene for the night as guests were treated to Wise Eagle Bay Signature beverages and gourmet food from Showcase Catering to launch the Summer Tennis Season. 

Master of ceremonies Bojana Bobusic welcomed guests and spoke with Women’s State League premiership player Ella Nurkic and Dalkeith Club President Annette Livesey on the upcoming season and the importance of leagues for clubs. 

The upcoming season will see some changes with Tennis West set to highlight State League along with the additions of Junior State League and Adults Division One. 

The key objectives for the 2025/26 season will include increased marketing effectiveness including improved media awareness, social focused on key match-ups, player profiles, players of the week and match results and wraps through the Tennis West website.  

Tennis West will also reinvest in live streaming for the Men’s and Women’s State League matches with matches to be live streamed on Seven West Media’s streaming platform Streamer and Tennis West’s Facebook page.
