Tennis West’s inaugural WA Person with Intellectual Impairment (PWII) and Autism Open tournament, held over two days last weekend at Alexander park Tennis Club, attracted participants from metro and regional WA and interstate athletes.  

The tournament featured a range of events spanning men’s, women’s, and juniors’ singles and doubles, providing a competitive platform for athletes from different backgrounds to showcase their skills.

Spectators were treated to a weekend filled with competitive matches underpinned by exemplary sportsmanship. The event not only showcased talent but also fostered a sense of camaraderie among participants.

Tennis West Inclusion Lead Paula Gates was proud to have hosted Tennis West’s first PWII and Autism Open tournament.
