Saville crowned Sydney champion
Luke Saville has won the 2013 Sydney Olympic Park Tennis International #2, victorious in the final against sixth seed Yasutaka Uchiyama of Japan.

South Australian Luke Saville has been crowned the men’s singles champion at the 2013 Sydney Olympic Park Tennis International #2, winning the final against sixth seed Yasutaka Uchiyama of Japan.
Saville recovered to win 4-6 6-4 6-4 in just over two hours, helping the 19-year-old secure his third ITF Pro Tour title.
The former junior world No.1 had not dropped a set in the earlier rounds of the event, defeating fellow countrymen Efthimios Efthimiadis (VIC), Jacob Grills (VIC), Dayne Kelly (VIC) and Jay Andrijic (NSW).
He had previously not won a professional match at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre.
Both Saville and Uchiyama now head to Melbourne for the Victorian ATP Challenger, the next stop on the Australian Pro Tour.
