Lleyton Hewitt, Bernard Tomic and Marinko Matosevic will take to the courts this week at the Beijing Olympic Green Tennis Centre for the China Open.

Hewitt and Tomic will be in action on Monday on the 15,000-seat “Diamond” stadium court, with Tomic first up against Chinese wildcard Zhang Ze before Hewitt takes on No.7 seed Tommy Haas in a battle of the tour veterans.

Matosevic is likely to be in action on Tuesday when he faces Frenchman Julien Benneteau in his opening match.

On Sunday, Sam Stosur lost her opening match in Beijing to Czech Lucie Safarova, but remains alive in the doubles event, partnering Svetlana Kuznetsova.
