On Monday morning the 11th of August, Tennis Australia coach and Cardio Tennis deliverer Rob Schmitt and his staff put on a great Cardio Tennis demonstration on the riverfront in Noosaville.

Schmitt led a one hour Cardio Tennis Session using his current clients who participate each week.  With the music playing and the participants taking many steps around the courts, fellow coaches under Schmitt were passing out free trial offers of Cardio Tennis and more information on the outside to all of the runners, walkers, and interested onlookers.

Participants had the opportunity to come on to the courts for a quick on the spot trial if they had immediate interest.
