Tennis legend and former Davis Cup captain John Fitzgerald will speak at the inaugural Tennis in Schools breakfast during December Showdown 2011.

Teachers will be able to gain an insight into Fitzgerald’s playing career and be inspired by his love and passion for the sport.  Teachers will also have the opportunity to ask questions and benefit from Fitzgerald’s decades of experience and in-depth knowledge.

Preceding the breakfast, teachers will get active and learn the fundamental skills for teaching tennis in the Intro to MLC Tennis Hot Shots coaching course.

All teachers will be awarded a certificate for attending as well as equipment.  This is a fantastic professional development opportunity leading into the summer.
