Incorrect or missing matches on my UT profile?
The following outlines what process, checks and who to contact for these scenarios. Please follow the section relevant to you.
Endorsed event matches:
Match(es) from my Endorsed events are displaying incorrect on my Universal Tennis (UT) profile
- Ensure you have completed the steps to register and activate your UTR Rating. If you have previously completed these steps move to step 2.
- Confirm the scores are displayed correctly on the tournaments.tennis.com.au website.
- If the score is showing correctly, please email the Customer Support team with the following information:
- Outline the enquiry is regarding incorrect scores displaying on your UT profile
- Event name the incorrect scores is from
- Match date(s)
- Opponent(s) / Doubles partner (if doubles)
- Provide the tournaments.tennis.com.au website link
- Provide your UT profile link

The Customer Support Team will confirm the scores is incorrect and resolve the issue with UT, once resolved they will reply with confirmation.
- If the score is showing incorrect, please contact the event or league deliver to update the score. Note they are the only ones who can confirm the score is incorrect and update accordingly. The Customer Support team or your Member Association staff cannot update these scores unless they have run them.
One the sore has been updated; this will be sent top UT as an updated match. Please allow up to a week for the updated score to appear on your UT profile.
Match(es) from Endorsed events are missing from my Universal Tennis (UT) profile
Please note some matches may take up to a week to appear on your profile. Please allow at least 7 days from the end of your event.
- Ensure you have completed the steps to register and activate your UTR Rating. If you have previously completed these steps move to step 2.
- Ensure you have entered your My Tennis ID into your tournaments.tennis.com.au profile
- Confirm the scores are displayed correctly on the tournaments.tennis.com.au website.
- If the score is showing correctly, please email the Customer Support team with the following information:
- Outline the enquiry is regarding missing match results on your UT profile
- Event name the missing matches are from
- Match date(s)
- Opponent(s) / Doubles partner (if doubles)
- Provide the tournaments.tennis.com.au website link

The Customer Support Team will confirm the missing matches and work with yourself and UT to resolve the issue.
- If the match/score is not show or is incorrect, please contact the event deliver to update the update/correct the match(s). Note they are the only ones who can confirm the score/match is incorrect/missing and update accordingly. The Customer Support team or your Member Association staff cannot update these scores unless they have run them.
