Western Australia has reached the 77% double dose milestone! Thank you to the tennis community that have played their part to help reach this milestone. As we await confirmation of the State opening up again, we are sure many of you are already in planning for and eagerly anticipating reuniting with family and friends across the world.

With locally transmitted Covid-19 cases, other states and territories in Australia have introduced restrictions around tennis and associated activities. Of course, the most topical of this is vaccination status.

We do not currently know what restrictions on tennis will be in place once the WA border restrictions are eased. We will, however, keep on top of any developments and work with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and WA Government to provide you our interpretation on the latest guidelines in relation to tennis.

We acknowledge that at their discretion, some clubs may have already introduced measures or may wish to introduce measures in relation to Covid-19 and vaccination status. Tennis West recognises and supports the ability of clubs to do so.
