• Started playing tennis aged eight.
• Reached the final of ITF Futures Pro Circuit events in New Zealand and Romania in 2008.
• Broke into the World’s top 300 in 2009, her first full season on the senior ITF Futures circuit.
• Secured her maiden ITF Futures doubles titles in 2010, winning in Bundaberg, Queensland and Torun, Poland.
• Favourite tournament is the Australian Open because it is played in her home city.
• Strongest shot is her double-handed backhand.
• Tennis idols are Maria Sharapova, because she is always so eager to win, and Justine Henin, because she was a tireless worker.
• Ambition is to reach the top 10 in the world.

Off court

• Her father, Jovica, is an electrical engineer, and her mother, Stana, is a paediatrician.
• She has an older sister, Milena, who she describes as the biggest influence in her life.
• Hobbies include listening to pop and R’n’B music, cooking, photography, shopping and going to the beach.
• Other sports she plays recreationally are soccer and volleyball.
