13 March 2026 | Tennis Victoria

International tennis is making its way to Wodonga as the Australian Pro Tour continues at the established Wodonga Tennis Centre from Sunday 15 March to Sunday 22 March.

The 2026 Wodonga International is the first of two grass-court events on the Australian Pro Tour, which has a prize offering of $15,000. Players will also have the chance to earn valuable world ranking points on the pristine grass courts of Wodonga Tennis Centre.

The event is set to showcase an impressive lineup of Aussie talent. Leading the men’s field is Pavle Markinov  (NSW), the tournament’s No. 1 seed. Other standouts in the men’s section include Traralgon’s own Josh Charlton (Vic) and Scott Jones (WA) from the west.

The women’s draw is equally compelling, headlined by Sarah Rokuesek (NSW), Laquisa Khan (NSW) and Belle Thompson (Vic).

Tennis Victoria CEO Kim Kachel said the Wodonga International highlights the strength and opportunity within regional tennis across the state.

“We’re incredibly proud to see the Australian Pro Tour return to Wodonga Tennis Centre,” Kachel said.

“Showcasing world-class tennis in regional Victoria and giving our local community the opportunity to experience the excitement and professionalism of the international tour right on their doorstep is fantastic.

“Wodonga has proven itself as an outstanding host, with strong community backing and exceptional facilities, which makes it especially exciting that the region has now been announced as the venue for Tennis Victoria Country Week 2027. It’s a clear reflection of the important role Wodonga continues to play in Victoria’s tennis landscape.”

In addition to the worldclass tennis on court, a range of offcourt activities will add another level of excitement and community involvement to the Wodonga International this year.
